This petition has been filed to amend the name of the Court as the Principal Sessions Judge, Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of SC & ST Cases, Salem, Salem District instead of Principal Sessions Judge, Salem District in Crl.O.P.No.2071 of 2026 dated 02.02.2026.

2. Heard both sides.

3. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

4. Further the time granted by this Court to surrender before the jurisdictional Court is extended by two weeks from today. No further time will be granted. In the event of non-compliance, the order shall automatically stand cancelled.
