W.P.No.28856 of 2012 has been filed for direction directing the third
respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 26.09.2012 and pass suitable order.
2. W.P.No.28857 of 2012 has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2012 and pass suitable order.
3. W.P.No.11367 of 2013 has been filed calling for the records on the file of the 3rd respondent in his reference in B/SP1/Bldg/ 28/A to C/2012 dated 21.09.2012 and quash the same as illegal.
4. W.P.No.26255 of 2013 has been filed for direction directing the second and third respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 07.04.2013 and pass suitable order.
5. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today, to that effect.
6. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
