Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the remaining service benefits, with interest at the rate of 12% from the date of the petitioner's retirement i.e., 30.04.2008 by considering his representation dated 27.07.2015 in compliance with the order dated 14.10.2014 made in W.A.Nos.2832 to 2837 of 2012 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the respondents to dispose of his representation dated 27.07.2015 regarding disbursement of remaining service benefits, with interest.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

died and further submitted that the entire terminal benefits due to the petitioner had already been disbursed to him. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent, the writ petition stands closed leaving it open to the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner to approach the respondents, if any other claims are pending consideration. No costs.
