By the impugned order dated 02.01.2017 in C.M.P.No.3373 of 2016 in Crime No.508 of 2016, the learned District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. One of the conditions is that the petitioner has to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m.for a period of 30 days. Now the present petition has been filed to issue a direction to modify the said condition imposed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore. 2.Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, took notice for the respondent and submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by the Trial Court, regularly.
3.Heard both the sides.
4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also considering the facts and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, in the order made in C.M.P.No.3373 of 2016 in Crime No.508 of 2016 dated 02.01.2017, in respect of reporting before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of 30 days, only is modified to the effect that he shall report before the respondent Police once in a week, ie., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m.for a period of one month. Rest of the conditions imposed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, shall remain unaltered. 5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
