ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents herein to not to harass the petitioner, its men and the agents or any person claiming under them in the garb of investigation.

2.It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that stung by the disclosure, that was made by the petitioner company, the former employees tried to create issues to the petitioner company by instigating its present employees against the petitioner. These employees also gave repeated complaints to the police authorities in the garb of demanding further salary. They have also attended to the enquiry in C.S.R.No.1221 of 2021 on the file of Madhuravoyal, Chennai City which came to be closed as "compromise effected" on 03.12.2021. After the closure of the earlier complaint, they have once again given a fresh complaint against the petitioner, due to which the petitioner was frequently harassed by the police. Hence, prays for appropriate relief.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the dispute is revolving around the employer and employee with regard to the payment of salary.

4.In view of the above, the respondent police is hereby directed to relegate the parties to the Civil remedy. 5.This Criminal Original Petition stands closed accordingly.
