This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall stay at Cuddalore and report before the Inspector of Police, Cuddalore Old Town Police Station, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.363 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.363 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
