This petition has been filed to relax condition No. ''b'' mentioned in Para No.7 [b] the petitioners 2 to 5 shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week, and therefore, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, the order passed in Crl.O.P.No. 32455 of 2024, dated 08.01.2025, in Crime No. 586 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet was also filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.32455 of 2024 dated 08.01.2025 is totally relaxed.
