ORDER

[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking a direction to to produce the petitioner's missing father Arunachalam, aged about 80 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

It is the admitted case of the petitioner that his father Arunachalam, aged about 80 years, went missing in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

year 2017, in connection with which, on a complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Sriperumbudur Police Station Crime No.731 of 2017 was registered for 'man missing' on 29.08.2017. 3.

Alleging that the police are not taking effective steps to secure his father, the petitioner had filed the present habeas corpus petition.

Admittedly, the petitioner's father is not in the illegal custody of the respondents for the issuance of a writ of habeas corpus.

Hence, this habeas corpus petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
