This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to Amend the prayer in Tr.C.M.P.No.960 of 2025 as to Withdraw the Suit in OS No. 237 of 2020 pending on the file of Principal District Court, Chengalpattu and transfer to principal District Court at Salem, instead of Withdrawing the Suit OS No. 237 of 2020 pending on the file of Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu and transfer to District Court at Mettur.
