ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under sections 120(b), 273, 328 of IPC and 24(1) of Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Acts, 2003 in Crime No. Not Known of 2022 seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the lorry bearing registration No.TN24 L 4511 containing illegal Gudka and Tobacco products worth of Rs.8,09,928/- was transported by the petitioner. On seeing the respondent police, the petitioner left his vehicle and absconded from the scene. The respondent police seized the petitioner's vehicle.
3. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
