When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been closed as "Mistake of Fact". However, the respondent police have not filed the final report before the jurisdictional court. 3.

In view of the above, the respondent police are directed to file the final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
