The applications in A.Nos.1755 to 1757 of 2023 have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 172 days in filing the application to set aside abatement caused due to the death of the 9th respondent, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the proposed 19th respondent as the legal heir of the 9th respondent in A.No.5502 of 2022.

The applications in A.Nos.1758 to 1760 of 2023 have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 172 days in filing the application to set aside abatement caused due to the death of the 9th respondent, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the proposed 19th respondent as the legal heir of the 9th respondent in A.No.5503 of 2022.
3. The contesting respondents have no objection for allowing these petitions.

4. The proposed party is being the legal heir of the deceased 9th respondent, he has to be impleaded in order to proceed further.
5. Considering the same and in the interest of justice, the applications are allowed.
