(through video conference) The Civil Revision Petition challenges the enhancement of rent in the fair rent proceedings.

Learned Counsel for both sides submit that during the pendency of the Civil Revision Petition, the Respondent/Landlord has taken possession of the property from the Petitioner/Tenant after he vacated from there. Learned Counsel for the Respondent/ Landlord further submits that the Respondent/Landlord is not pressing the claim for enhancement of rent and she has filed a memo dated 24.03.2021 to that effect through e-mail, which is placed on record. In view of the aforesaid subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in this Civil Revision Petition. 3.
Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 24.03.2021 vjt Index: Yes/No Note: Issue order copy by 08.04.2021.
