When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the aforesaid submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the interim order passed in the Domestic Violence complaint in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
