ORDER

The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the writ petitioner are yet to be concluded.

2.The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the early disposal of the disciplinary proceedings are certainly warranted, in view of the fact that the writ petitioner is unable to get the service benefits on the ground of pendency of the disciplinary proceedings.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents states that in respect of 2 charges, enquiry had already been completed and final orders were passed. Further, only in respect of 3 set of charges, enquiry is pending and the competent authority is yet to complete the enquiry and pass orders.

4.In view of the submissions made, the respondents are directed to conclude the enquiry proceeding and pass final order in the departmental proceedings within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
