CMP Nos.3939, 3944 and 3947 of 2022 in Second Appeal No.542 of 2012 N.ANAND VENKATESH, J ., These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to implead the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent along with petitions to set aside abatement and to condone the delay in filing the set aside abatement petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.
3.Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause-title.
5. The learned counsel who was appearing for the 1st respondent shall take instructions and file vakalat on behalf of the impleaded respondents 3 to 8 also.
