ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences 4(1) (aa) & 4 (1-A) of TNP Act, in Crime No.42 of 2022 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 14.01.2022, the respondent police officials were involved in regular patrol duty near D'mellous Road Junction, at that time under suspicion, an auto was intercepted in which one Dhanraj along with three others were be found in illegal possession of 300 Brandy bottles (each containing 180 ml), the same was seized by the respondent police. Hence, the complaint.

3. Considering the nature of the crime, this court is not inclined to give anticipatory bail.
