O R D E R

The revision petitioner is the first defendant in O.S.No.591 of 2023 pending before the III Additional District Court, Salem.

2. The revision petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the suit.

3. In view of the limited relief sought for in the revision petition, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

4. Considering the fact that the pleadings have been completed even way back in January 2024 and that the issues have already been framed, I am inclined to allow this Civil Revision Petition and direct the learned III Additional District Judge, Salem, to expedite the trial and dispose of the suit on merits and in accordance with law on or before 30.04.2026. 2/4

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
