ORDER

Both the parties and their respective counsel are present. 2.The petitioner seeks transfer of the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.561 of 2021 filed by the respondent/husband for divorce, to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.467 of 2022 filed by the petitioner/wife for restitution of conjugal rights. 3.The parties have now agreed for the transfer of the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.561 of 2021 from the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee to the file of the III Additional Family Court, Chennai, to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.467 of 2022.
