When these Criminal Original Petitions were taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, has submitted that on the basis of the representation given by the petitioners, the cases in Crime Nos.9 and 10 of 2017 on the file of the Ooty Town West Police Station have been transferred to the file of Inspector of Police, Ooty Town Central Circle, The Nilgiris District, and that necessary investigation will be carried out under the supervision of the first respondent.

2.Recording the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petitions are closed.
