ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdrawal of H.M.O.P.No.412 of 2025 on the file of Subordinate Court, Poonamalle and transfer the same to Subordinate Court, Arakkonam.

2. The petitioner has expressed inconvenience and difficulties in attending the hearings before the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee, on account of having to take care of her 31⁄2 years old child. 1/4

3. The learned counsel for the respondent states that the matter is only pending before the Sub Court and that the petitioner's physical appearance is not necessary for all hearings.

4. Considering the inconvenience expressed by the petitioner, and the fact that the matter pertains to a matrimonial dispute, I am inclined to accept the request for transfer. Accordingly, HMOP.No.412 of 2024 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee and transferred to the Sub Court, Arakkonam. The Sub Court, Arakkonam, shall not insist on the physical presence of the respondent/husband on all hearing dates, except where it is absolutely necessary. On all other dates, the respondent/husband shall be entitled to be represented by a counsel or authorised agents. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
