Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.05.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 30.05.2015 by post. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint to the second Respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v.
