ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner died long back. Till date, steps have not been taken to bring the LR's of the deceased petitioner. Since the relief sought for by the writ petitioner is a personal relief and it is also represented that the petitioner is dead, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
