The instant revision has been filed challenging the rejection of plaint application filed under Order VII Rule 11 of CPC by the petitioners who are the defendants 1 and 2 in the suit O.S.No.8302 of 2011. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the first respondent who is the plaintiff in the suit has withdrawn the suit on 23.04.2018 and as proof, he has produced the certified copy of the order dated 23.04.2018.

2. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is hereby recorded and accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is closed as it has now becomes infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
