[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the wife of detenue viz., Selva Venkatesan, aged 29 years, seeks production of her husband.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for first respondent.

3. Though the second respondent was present on the earlier hearing date, matter has been referred to Mediation. Petitioner/wife is present before this Court. The Mediation Report informs that the efforts of Mediation has failed. Learned counsel for petitioner also acknowledges such position.
