ORDER

I) In C.M.P.No.4200 of 2025:

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 931 days in filing the petition to bring the legal representatives on record in S.A. No.108 of 2025.

2. There is no serious objections from the side of the respondents to allow the petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and there is no serious objections from the side of the respondents in this regard, the petition in C.M.P. No.4200 of 2025 stands allowed.

(II) In C.M.P. No.4202 of 2025:

This petition has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of Thiru. K.M. Raju/the respondent in S.A. No.108 of 2025.

2. There is no serious objections from the side of the respondent to allow the petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and there is no serious objections from the side of the respondents in this regard, the petition in C.M.P. No.4202 of 2025 stands allowed.

(III) In C.M.P.No.4203 of 2025:

This petition has been filed to bring on records the respondents 1 to 5/proposed parties 1 to 5 as the legal representatives of the deceased respondent ie. Thiru. K.M.Raju and rank them as the respondents 1 to 5 in the above Second Appeal.

2. There is no serious objections from the side of the respondent to allow the petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and there is no serious objections from the side of the respondent in this regard, the petition in C.M.P. No.4203 of 2025 stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to issue notice to the newly added parties and carry out the necessary amendments in the main case and post on 24.03.2026 for hearing.
