When the matter came up for hearing on Video Conferencing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the issues involved in this case was settled down by both the parties, there is no further adjudication in this case and sought for to dismiss the case as infructuous. Further, he submitted that the endorsement to this effect will be sent by E-mail to the Registrar-Judicial.
