This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to direct the second respondent to take action on the complaint and not to harass the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. On a complaint given by one Gomathi against this petitioner, petition enquiry is pending.
Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed.
