ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.E.P.Senniyangiri, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader, for the respondents.
2. The petitioner is challenging the notification dated 07.02.2018. Vide the said notification, tenders were invited from individuals and companies for quarrying of stones in the locations as enumerated in the notification.
3. Five years has lapsed thereafter. With the passage of time, nothing would survive in the matter.
4. In case fresh steps are being undertaken by the respondents, the aggrieved party may take up appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
