KUMARESH BABU, J Three applications are presented by the petitioners 1 to 3 and proposed petitioners 4 to 7 seeking (a) (A.No.1748 of 2023) to condone the delay 259 days to set aside abatement caused by the death of the 4th petitioner Balasubramaniyan Ramani; (b) (A.No.1749 of 2023) to set aside the abatement; (c) (A.No.1751 of 2023) to bring on record the 4th and 5th applicants herein, the legal representatives of the deceased 4th petitioner Balasubramanian Ramani; (d) (A.No.1752 of 2023) to condone the delay of 51 days to set aside abatement caused by the death of the 1st petitioner Meenakshi Nagarajan; (e) (A.No.1753 of 2023) to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 1st petitioner Meenakshi Nagarajan and (f) (A.No.1754 of 2023) to bring on record the 6th and 7th applicants herein, the legal representatives of the deceased 1st petitioner Meenakshi Nagarajan.
