Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to dispose of the petitioner's complaint in Ref.No.Na.Ka.No.9901/2014/AN1 on the file of the 3rd respondent dated 01.08.2014.

By consent, the writ petition is take up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner is employed as Revenue Assistant in Thiruverkadu Municipality and her grievance is that the 6th
respondent started to sexually harass her for the past two years. In this regard, the petitioner gave a complaint and based on which, the third respondent was appointed as the enquiry officer to look into the complaint. Thereafter, nothing took place and in this regard, she submitted a representation dated 09.04.2015 to the respondents 1 to 5 and since she has not been favoured with any action by the said respondents and further no worthwhile action has been taken against the 6th respondent, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition.
3. Heard Mr.K.Balaji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Rm.Muthukumar, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondents 1 to 4.
4. This Court taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner without commenting on the merits of the representation, directs the third respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 09.04.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and also expedite the proceedings initiated against the 6th respondent in accordance with law and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
