This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet daily at 10.00 a.m, until further orders." in Para 5(2) in Crl.O.P.No.355 of 2024 dated 11.01.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
