The petitioner has filed this petition, for forbearing the respondents from preventing the members of the petitioner's club playing the game of Rummy along with Carom Board, Table Tennis and Chess.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that five FIRs have been pending against the petitioner's club and the SLP filed by the petitioner came to be dismissed. Therefore, he sought that the writ petition has to be dismissed.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner involved in gambling with stakes, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
