The appellant has filed the above petition to restore the appeals in C.M.S.A.Nos.33 & 34 of 2012, which were dismissed for non-prosecution on 05.11.2019.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for restoring the appeals to the file.

3.Further, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, the petitions are ordered. The appeals in C.M.S.A.Nos.33 & 34 of 2012 are restored to file.

4.At the request of learned counsel on both sides, post the C.M.S.As for final hearing after three weeks.
