Mrs.Indumathy Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice for the respondents and is armed with instructions to enable final disposal of this Writ Petition, even at the stage of admission.

The prayer of the petitioner is for a mandamus simplicitor directing the respondents to consider and dispose representation of the petitioner dated 19.01.2024 and 27.01.2024 to survey and demarcate the limits of property situated in Block No.6, Survey T.S.No.60, Plot No.27, Door No.39/80, Venkatapuram Village, Mambalam - Guindy Taluk, Chennai District (in short 'property'/'property in question').

3. Ms.Indumathy would accede to the receipt of representation and would have no objection to this Court issuing mandamus directing disposal of the representations.

Hence, mandamus is issued to the Estate Officer, Estate Office-7, Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board/ R2 to consider representations dated 19.01.2024 and 27.01.2024 effectively by taking assistance from the Surveyor, Estate Office-7, Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board/ R3 and any other officials deemed necessary, hear the petitioner and dispose the same on merits and in accordance with law, within period of four (4) weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order.
