2.The relief as sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition cannot be granted at this stage since the investigation is pending in Crime No.812 of 2023. Ultimately on completion of investigation and after final report is filed and the case enters the stage of trial, it is left open to the petitioner to revive the present request. 3.The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
