Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to order bearing Nil dated 06.04.2010 of the 3rd respondent and order bearing No. 7735/2010 SA/PA dated 06.09.2012 of the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all consequential benefits including attendant benefits and back wages.
