By order dated 25.11.2016 this Court, passed an order to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- before the 5th of every English Calender month commencing from the month of December 2016, to the credit of D.V.O.P. No.10 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Erode as ad interim maintenance, and on such condition, the personal appearance of the petitioners 2 to 4 was dispensed with. But, the learned counsel for the petitioners appeared today and expressed the inability of the petitioners 2 to 4 to comply with the order dated 25.11.2016.

2.In view of the inability of the petitioners 2 to 4 to comply with the order dated 25.11.2016, the interim order already granted got expired and the Trial Court can now insist upon the presence of the petitioners 2 to 4. 3.With the above observation, this petition is closed. KM 23.12.2016
