O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to order for remission of kist amount for the month of October and November 2015 in respect of Shop No.21 (M), Chettipet of Mannadipet Commune.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner had given a representation to the 2nd respondent for remission of the kist amount for the months of October and November 2015 for the reason that there was heavy rain and floods and therefore, she could not conduct the business.

3.Mr.A.Tamilvanan, learned Government Advocate (Pondy) taking notice for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2016 in accordance with law. 4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2016 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
