Learned counsel for the appellant, though challenges the appointment of trustees of the Temple on the ground that the Scheme which was originally formed was not published, admits that the Scheme has now been published. Since the appellant has no other grievance in the manner in which the trustees were appointed, he seeks permission of this Court to

withdraw this Writ Appeal. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. (S.S.S.R., J.)
