2. This petition is ordered and the production of certified copy of the judgment and decree in O.S. No.372 of 2012 dated 11.02.2020, on the file of Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruppur, is dispensed with for the present on condition that the petitioner/appellant should apply and get the certified copy of the judgment and decree of the Trial Court and file the same as and when it is obtained.
