The Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 223 days in filing the above writ appeal.

The learned Counsel for the respondent raised objection that the reasons stated in the affidavit to condone the delay is insufficient.

However, this Court is of the considered opinion that the delay of 223 days cannot be construed as enormous warranting rejection.

Thus, delay stands condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, accordingly.
