These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the respondents 14 to 16 as legal heirs of the deceased 5th appellant.

2. Notice sent to the proposed parties has been served through Court process. There is no representation on the side of the proposed parties.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the above petitions filed to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the proposed parties as the legal heirs of the deceased 5th appellant.

4. I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Hence, these petitions are ordered.

5. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendments.
