PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order of recovery passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.44639/2010 Po.Vi.Thi., Po.Thi.2 dated 27.01.2011 in so far as it relates to the Members of the petitioner Sangam of Villupuram District and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to refund the amount if any recovered from the members of the petitioner Sangam pursuant to the impugned order of recovery dated 27.01.2011. ORDER

This writ petition is filed praying to issue a writ of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order of recovery passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.44639/2010 Po.Vi.Thi., Po.Thi.2 dated 27.01.2011 in so far as it relates to the Members of the petitioner Sangam of Villupuram District and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to refund the amount if any recovered from the members of the petitioner Sangam pursuant to the impugned order of recovery dated 27.01.2011. 2/4

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect.
