ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent, placing on record a letter dated 20.09.2016, would submit that the petitioner has to give all the relevant documents mentioned in the said letter. 2.In view of the above submission made, this Court hereby directs the petitioner to produce all the documents mentioned in the letter dated 20.09.2016 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such production, the Executive Engineer, the respondent herein shall pass orders within a period of two weeks thereafter. With the above direction, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
