This court directed the learned Principal District Munsif, Kallakurchi to dispose of the suit in OS.No.504 of 2009 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed on 11.01.2019 in CRP.PD.Nos.2796 and 2839 of 2013. The learned Principal District Munsif, Kallakurchi has sought for extension of time of two months.
