The petitioner seeks relaxation in the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 18.01.2024 in Crl.A.No.1511 of 2023, that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Trial Court once in a week i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the conditions imposed by this Court have been scrupulously followed by the petitioner herein and he is regularly reporting before the Trial Court. However, with regard to the condition imposed by this Court to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Trial Court once in a week i.e. on every Monday until further orders, the petitioner now seeks for relaxation of the said condition since he is sick and is also handicapped due to Polio.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court on 18.01.2024.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner herein is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court, we are inclined to modify the order in the following manner:- "13.(ii) The petitioner shall appear and sign before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am."
