The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 505 days in filing this Criminal Appeal against the judgment dated 03.09.2022 made in C.C.No.07 of 2019 in R.R.No.18 of 2018 on the file of the Special Judge, I Additional Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under NDPS Act, Chennai.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.
3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.
4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
