ORDER
The second respondent herein filed a suit for declaration of title and injunction against first respondent / Association. The first respondent / Association represents the interest of the plot owners in the layout called "Pearl Beach". The first respondent filed an application seeking rejection of the plaint and the same was dismissed by the impugned order. The first respondent / Association has not chosen to challenge the same. 2.The petitioner herein who is a member of the first respondent / Association and also owner of a plot in the layout has got interest in the subject matter and if the order impugned in the Revision is allowed to stand, it will have adverse impact on the individual interest of the petitioner. Therefore, the present application has been filed seeking leave.
