PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the Transfer O.P.No.18 of 2014 on the file of the learned District Principal Judge, Cuddalore by transferring the suit in O.S.No.10 of 2011 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kattumannarkoil to any another Court at Chidambaram to secure the ends of justice.

The prayer sought for in the present revision petition is to set aside the Transfer O.P.No.18 of 2014 on the file of the learned District Principal Judge, Cuddalore by transferring the suit in O.S.No.10 of 2011 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kattumannarkoil to any another Court at Chidambaram.

2. When the matter was listed on 19.12.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter came to be listed today, under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter was called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
